Last year I challenged myself to listen to one new album every day for the entire month of December. Chelsee liked this idea so she decided to try as well. We announced our intent on twitter and a few of the #yyc Twits decided they wanted to join in as well. The idea was quickly labeled “month of new music” and a dedicated hashtag (#monm) emerged to keep track of those participating.
Well it’s December again and the ritual has survived. If you want to join the fun it’s easy. Every day simply listen to an album you’ve never listened to before. It doesn’t have to be new as in release date, just new to you. Post the album name once you have listened to it along along with #monm hashtag.
